Here are the details:
- The process starts when you send us as much information as you can regarding your classes, trips, activities and the lines you carry. Any handouts you may have and the information on your old website (if any) will help. If you lack this, we have some easy-to-fill-out forms that will help you gather and organize this information.
- While you do this, we begin designing a custom-tailored website that reflects your corporate logo and colors, as well as the things that make your store unique.
- Within two weeks of receiving all your information, we generally have a website of approximately 100 pages ready to launch, This site will incorporate the kind of features you read about in the DiveRetailing.com article, 20 Secrets of Effective Dive Store Websites. Over time, these sites typically grow to over 200 pages in size.
- At least once every week, we call you to see whether there are new classes, trips, activities, news items or new equipment items to add to the site. We also remove the starting dates for classes, trips and other events as soon as they have passed, so that your site is never out of date.
- Every month, we take the top news items from the past 30 days, along with anything else you want to mention, and put them together in a concise, targeted eNewsletter specifically designed to drive traffic to your website and store. We do all the work here; you just supply the mailing list and the final okay before mailing.
